Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional to join our team as a Client Success Lead. This individual will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional self-starting abilities and a go-getter attitude. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage a high volume of client files from onboarding to completion, adeptly juggling multiple projects, priorities, and clients.
With minimal supervision, you will deliver results through proactive problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to achieving goals. Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients following sign-up, providing onboarding, timely updates, and addressing inquiries via email and phone.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve unique client needs and issues with professionalism, ensuring all client complaints are handled effectively.
Information Management: Request, follow up on, and organize client information and documents.
Process Improvement: Contribute to optimizing our processes to boost efficiency and service quality.
Document Management: Supervise the creation of templated documents to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in client case/file management or a similar role. Familiarity with business documents like tax returns and financial statements is a plus.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high volume of work efficiently and effectively.
Customer Service: Exceptional skills in handling customer interactions with a friendly and professional approach.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management software. Familiarity with HubSpot and AI desired.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to handle data with accuracy and care.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving processes and work independently as well as part of a team.

Work Hours:
This is a fully remote position. Standard working hours are 8 am – 5 pm CST US, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility.
